I am from the Basque Country in France and live in Ireland.
I love Pilates - I have completed a Matwork level 1 course recently in Dublin at the NTC college, it's a foundation course for my own interest and well-being as I am a professional holistic massage/reflexology therapist and need to work on my posture. Pilates is ideal.
